What is with IRAN!
What should we do? Seriously. We start a war with them and then we have three wars going at once we’ll be spread very thin, we risk getting nuked and risk putting our friends the Israelis in even more harm. War is imminent with Iran no matter who the President is, Democrat or Republican (or maybe even Nadar).
The US Army has recently tested several roadside bombs and different weapons that the terrorists in Iraq are using and they have Iranian finger prints all over them. Now I ask you, If this is not an act of war what is? The question is what do we do?
Do we sit back and relax like we’ve done for the past 10 yrs. and let Iran to continue to walk all over us? Do we do another land invasion?
The head of intelligence for the New York Times said that officials in the Gulf War region believe that we could be in a major war with Iran by this summer. Now they also say they think that something’s going to happen to propel us into war with them and thats why I say no matter who the President is we cannot avoid this war, and people, diplomatic conversations do not fly to well with Iran.
This is what I say. We keep talking about our tecnology in warfare, Unmanned planes, heat seeking missles, stealth bombers well lets use ‘em. Seriously would you want to get into land war with Iran? Bush keeps talking about our unmanned planes. Get them into production strap some bombs on there and kick some Ahmadinejad butt. If people think that casulties are high in this war, just wait until we get to war with Iran and thats why I say what would be a better opportunity to use unmanned aircraft?
This is what we need to do and quick:
1. try to get the Iraqi army and gov’t equipped and properly trained
2. use Iraq as a base to go into Iran
Why Ahmadinejad needs to go:
1. He makes Hitler look like a panzy
2. He HATES America and Israel with a bloody passion
3. He is mentally insane
4. He has a case of short man syndrome (seriously have you seen how short he is?)
5. He claims the Holocaust never happened, I suppose neither did WW2?

If there is any truth to the propaganda you spew, all the more reason to get our troops out of Iraq and get them some R&R. We are already spread too thin already. My guess is a war with Iran will be dubya’s way of getting the troops out of Iraq without looking like he is cutting and running.
You say war is imminent with Iran, with talk like above this is going to be a self fullfilling prophecy. The only thing that is needed right now is some cool heads. Iran is rattling their sabers to see how/if we react and then they can claim they were attacked. They are certainly not going to launch an attack against our country in our country. With our troops out of Iraq but still in the region, we can respond rapidly to any aggression by Iran. Talk is cheap and if this goes nuclear, it won’t matter who fired the first shot, all will be lost.

Do you ever watch the news? Anyone can stand infront of someone (their best friend, or perhaps America) and lie. Pay attention and open your eyes. He says everything we want to hear to us and to his Iranian radicals he says what he means… He means to destroy Israel and the US. I’d be one of the first people to stick up for other religions and individual choice but when Ahmadinejad has huge rallies and all he talks about is destroying Israel and says hateful lies about them I take notice and go against it. He denies the Holocaust yet plans a second.
“…Our people have no problem with American public, and we have a very friendly relationship. ” Most of the Iranian people probably don’t mind us. But Ahmadinejad does. And his followers do. I hope you know that even when he says this stuff, he still refers to us as the “Big Satan”

Ahmadinejad is a danger to not only every American but the whole world.
How quickly you have forgotten the tough talk that Saddam used to spew, and how mighty the republican guard was supposed to be. If you are so afraid of this school yard bully then you should be an advocate of pulling our troops out of Iraq in case they are needed else where.
You know, the real problem is not Muslims or Islam, but supposed western Christians, whose real problem is greed, and epect the rest of the world to save themselves from their own greed.
I am reminded of a quote from Chaucer to this effect “I sold you, while you sold me, while we both played under the CHestnut Tree.”
The fact is that Western nations sold out Eastern Christians this past century, and now it is starting to come and haunt them. In the 1920’s, the majority of Egypt and Iraq was Christian, Lebanon was 90% Christian, and Turkey prior to 1915 was 1/3rd Christian. What happenned? The Christians in Egypt have now become a persecuted minority in their own country, American interests helped Sunni factions in Lebanon against Christians for the sake of oil, and the Americans turned a blind eye to Turkey committing genocide against the Christian Armenians, Assyrians and Greeks for their own self-interest.
The list of Americans allowing Christian atrocities to go unpunished is endless: The genocide of over a million Christians in the Biafra province of Nigeria (oil at stake), Christians in Timor (who cares about TImorese, they are Christian with no oil), Darfurese Sudanese Christians… etc.
Even the way the west balances the principles of right to self-determination and territorial integrity seem to always favour Muslims regions as opposed to Christian enclaves (i.e. Kosovo gets independance from Serbia, but Nagarno-Karabagh is told to remain a part of Azerbaijian). The reasons for the West’s decisions is primarily monetary.
And now, the West blames Muslims for thinking they can continue to get away with violence against Christians? They have been doing this type of shit for over a millenia, and the West has not cared because it never bothered them, and helped to get rid of the Christian presence in the Middle East and other current predominant Islamic countries.
Well, now Islam is starting to bite the West’s ass… and the Christians in other parts of the world will not shed any tears. Do you know why? Their are none left!
Are you crazy?! We can not go into Iran with our military capabilities already streched to the max in Iraq and Afganistan. We need to use diplomacy in this matter, and only go to war with a sound colition of allies. THe US is not indestructable, no one is. It may seem we are not getting far in the UN with sanctions due to Russia and China’s resistance, but I think we are making headway. THe Iranian economy is in shables because Western investors are staying away. Iran can only change from the inside from the ppl. We have seen the failure in Iraq, we have created a civil war. Saddam Hussuen is just as bad as the Iranian President, but we needed patience and diplomacy to dethrone him. We can not use war lightly. Also using the Iraqi military to serve are own needs in Iran is cowardly and kind barbaric. Everyone wants Amhejiad to go, he is lunatic and anti semitic. But the real power is the Iatolla he makes all the decisions in Iran. You definately have not thought through the consequences of a war with Iran. They are the biggest power in the middle east, maybe besides Israel. ALso the world has a low opinion of US now with the Iraq war what about if we go to war with Iran. I think the world will completely shun the US. We need the world, we can’t do anything alone anymore its proven it doesn’t work.
How long do we wait though Chris? How long? do we wait until they have actual Nuclear bombs and weaponary? Do we wait until they have shot missles at Israel? remember what Prime Minister Chamberlain did with Germany in WW2? Remember how they tried to ignore Hitler as long as possible? they even just flat out gave Hitler land! whatever Hitler wanted they gave him, under one condition. do not attack poland. what did hitler do. set up his forces on the border of poland (on land Chamberlain) gave him and stormed poland. Days later Britain was forced into the war. you see diplomatics can only go so far. With men like ahmadinejad and hitler all they want is more and they are two faced. They will look america square in the eyes and tell us they love us and then go back to their ppl and scream about cutting our heads off! I admit openly that a war with Iran would be costly. but again, how long do we wait?
do we wait until they go into Iraqi water and kidnap soldiers? do we wait until they send suicede bombers into populated Iraqi squares? how bout till US soldiers are killed because Iranian terrorist dress up like Iraqi police? or how bout till Iran starts planting roadside bombs?

First of all Big Jim the situation of Chamberlin’s actions with Germany and ours with Iran have been handled differently. Your right Chamberlin was a coward appeased Hitler to the max and Europe should have realized what a threat Hitler was. We are not appeasing Iran! We have put sanctions on them, and hopefully more too come. It seems to me you take the meaning of WAR to lightly. Thousands have died in Iraq many more innocent civilians, we thought we’d be in there a few months topple Saddam and we would be home. No we are still there and more American soliders are dying. You think suicide bombers in Iraq are bad Iran would be twice as bad. They have a strong military and a population of almost 70 million which is twice as much as Iraq. And we are not waiting to take action, diplomacy is not a means of appeasment. The best we can do military is patrol the boarders of Iraq to the best of our abilities and continue spy operations. We have not taken military options off the table with Iran if they attack Israel or anyone else. And they are not empty threats like England and France to Germany not coming to Poland’s aid immediately. We will attack if Iran acts and the Iranians know that. They do not want to be the next Iraq. This is why we have the UN, NATO, the g8, to have communication and diaolog. War does not solve problems. We must unite the world against Iran and we are doing that.
Pull your head and tongues out of the Mainstream Media’s A$$ .. .. First of all, Ahmadinejad holds no real power in Iran; he is a spokesperson and a face for the rules set by the Ayotollah. Second of all, look a little harder at the translation of the “wipe israel off the map” quotation. . . . pure western media propoganda. Not once did he mention the word map; furthermore what he said was he desires regime change in Israel…..last I checked, saying that isn’t a crime much less worthy of contaminating humanity and the world for thousands of years with nukes. hell the U.S.’s “leaders” (aka the globalists puppets) call for regime changes every other week.
